By visiting our site or purchasing services from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation schools, local authorities, academies, multi-academy trusts, teachers, and individual educators.

3. Service Description and Ordering

All services, workshops, or resources listed on this website are subject to availability.
We make every effort to display the descriptions and pricing of our educational services accurately.
Order Process: If you place an order or booking request online, your order represents an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we send you a written "Booking Confirmation" or "Order Acceptance" via email.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Prices are exclusive of VAT, as Soundburst is not registered for VAT.
For institutional orders (schools and local authorities), payment is strictly required within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. School Procurement & Consumer Rights Notice

Business-to-Business (B2B): Contracts entered into by UK primary schools, academies, local authorities, or teachers purchasing on behalf of an educational institution are classified as Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial transactions. The statutory 14-day consumer cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to these institutional bookings.
Individual Consumers: If you are purchasing resources as an individual consumer for personal use, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided that digital download items have not yet been accessed or downloaded.

6. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, worksheets, digital downloads, lesson plans, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of Soundburst.
Purchasing a service or resource grants the purchasing school a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use strictly within that specific school branch.
You may not redistribute, resell, or share these materials with other schools, academies, or multi-academy trusts without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We deliver all educational services with reasonable care and skill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or resources.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the school for that specific service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
